SR UTILITY ENGINEERS For a Well Known Food & Beverage Company in Indiana U.S.A.
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the owner of all utility & HVAC systems and infrastructure. Manages the overall condition of the assets and develops effective reinvestment strategies to deliver sustainable and reliable utility support.
Minimum Requirements: We encourage individuals possessing all of the following minimum qualifications to apply immediately: · Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required, engineering discipline preferred. · 5 or more years of utility engineering experience required. · Previous experience in project management roles desired. · A working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA, and EPA regulations are highly desired. · Financial skills with managing operating budgets and capital resources is required. · Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and team skills and be results oriented. · Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)-spoken and written. · Salary Range $70k - $95k, plus fringe benefits
