SR PROJECT ENGINEERS For a Well Known Food & Beverage Company in Indiana U.S.A.
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of projects which drive continuous improvement, productivity, and sustainability of processes, controls, systems, and equipment.
Minimum Requirements: We encourage individuals possessing all of the following minimum qualifications to apply immediately: · BS in Engineering · 5 or more years with experience in engineering and management of capital projects in the food, dairy, or beverage industry required. · Experience with bulk liquid manufacturing, high-speed filling packaging equipment and utility systems is required. · A working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA, and EPA regulations are highly desired. · Should have sound knowledge of financial principles, budget management, project management and best in class safety practices. · Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and team skills and be results oriented. · Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)-spoken and written. · Salary Range $70k - $95k, plus fringe benefits
