Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Law or related fields · Master degree preferable · Over 10 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field. Excellent project management, consulting, presentation, facilitation and quality improvement skills · Strong labor relations experience · Extensive knowledge and practical application of union contracts and labor law · Strong leadership skills · Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)-spoken and written · Salary Range $130k - $150k
